How to enjoy

Use 1 sachet per 8 oz of freshly boiled water and steep, covered, for 8 minutes. Enjoy 1–2 cups on one day of the week, then leave the pouch alone until the following week. The pouch lasts roughly 4–7 months at one reset day per week. For iced tea, brew at double strength or cold-brew with 2 sachets per 12 oz for 8–10 hours.

OMFG! Weekly Detox contains organic senna leaf, a stimulant laxative intended for occasional use only. Do not use daily or for more than one week at a time. If you find yourself reaching for it more often, stop and talk to your doctor. Dandelion leaf is traditionally used as a diuretic. A diuretic and a stimulant laxative in the same cup is a combination to understand before use. Reishi is a fungus, so avoid this blend if you have a mushroom allergy.
