How to enjoy

Use 1 sachet per 8 oz of hot water. Let boiling water cool for 1–2 minutes to about 180–185°F, then steep, covered, for 3–4 minutes. The same sachet can be re-steeped once for a lighter second cup. For iced tea, brew at double strength or cold-brew with 2 sachets per 12 oz for 6–8 hours.
